Can I use the system from anywhere?
|
Yes - as long as you have access to the internet you can use the system, you could be anywhere in the world
and still be able to manage things.

Will you help me if I'm stuck?
|
Yes we will give you best effort support. We will try and understand what you are trying to do, and then help you to do it.
Sometimes this may require consultancy and training and these would be chargeable at our hourly rate of £60 plus VAT.

How does the escalation work?
|
To get escalation to work you will have had to set up an escalation code. This escalation code tells the system which calendar to use
and when to escalate. A program runs in the background every 60 seconds or so and looks to see if it needs to escalate anything.
If it does it carries out what you have told it to.

How is a user defined?
|
In terms of pricing a user is defined as anyone who has a username and password.

How secure is the data?
|
The data is password protected and behind a firewall. Nevertheless it should always be borne in mind that this is the web and
caution should be exercised about what data you enter here. Please note that we cannot and will not be responsible for any loss
or damage, direct or consequential, that you may suffer as a result of using this software.
